NEPA Wine Country can only process on-line orders paid with a valid credit card (holding merchandise is against company policy so checks are not allowed). If you prefer not purchasing your item using our on-line PayPal cart system and manual merchant account system, you may download our order form & price list and send it via USPS mail or call us at 188-VISIT-NEPA to make other arrangements.

Our shipping is currently based on US percentages and we can ship regular USPS mail, UPS, FedEx. The shipping may be a little more or a little less, accordingly. Therefore, we reserve the right to refund money if there has been too much shipping included in the total and require additional money if the shipping is not enough.

All merchandise is shipped with no insurance unless otherwise specified by the customer (additional charges may apply.) We guarantee all and is checked carefully for any damage before shipping. If a product should arrive damaged, please call the store IMMEDIATELY at 188-VISIT-NEPA for further instructions. Damaged goods not reported within 24 hours of receipt are assumed received in perfect condition and will not be refundable.
